Santa Rosette Card

Hi everyone! Samantha here with a festive card for Christmas Cards Week here at SP Stamps Blog. I absolutely LOVE Christmas, and SP has a lot of Christmas themed stamp sets to chose from. I chose to work with the new Holiday Insides stamp set for my project today.  The supplies I used also came from the September SP Monthly kit.

To create the rosette element, I used a strip of red patterned paper & then put a sticker element in the center. I used some paper strips to create the banners hanging down from the rosette. For a full rosette tutorial, see this video (click here!).

The card base is Kraft cardstock. I stamped the large snowflake stamp from the Christmas Medley Stamp Set repeatedly to create the background. I used antique white pigment ink.
All of the patterned paper & the sticker element are from the This & That Christmas Collection Kit which was included in the September SP Monthly Kit.

The Happy Holidays sentiment is from the Holiday Insides 2012 Stamp Set. This is actually a one line sentiment, so I had to stamp each word separately to get the two line look.

This card is super dimensional, here's a look at the gorgeous dimension:

That's all I've got for you today. Keep checking back this week because we've got more Christmas cards in store all week long!
