One Layer Card

Vera here today!!! Sometime making one layer card can be fun and other times it can be a challenge. But, I do love the CAS result. There's just something about having lots of white space. :)

For my card I used the Swirly Doos set. Love, love, love the possibilities of this set.

I did a couple partial stamping on this card. I first stamped the top part of the rays label (without inking the bottom part) and then stamped the sentiments. If you see the set, the thank you part is actually saying thank you so much, but since I wanted to make a vertical card, there's not enough space to use it that way. So, I only inked the thank you part. Then once I stamped the other 2 sentiments, I stamped the bottom part of the ray label to ground the whole design. I finished by corner rounded the top corners.

Simply by changing the color combo you can totally get a different look and feeling. Use more muted colors and you'll get a masculine looking card.

Well, that's it from me today. Thanks for visiting here and wishing you all a wonderful day. :)
