Hi! It's Michelle here with you today. Have I ever mentioned that I really like Halloween? Ha, who am I kidding....that is a major understatement and if you have been hanging out around here with us lately, you already know that I LOVE Halloween!
My hubby keeps talking about having some of his work friends over soon, so I was thinking, why not a Halloween party? And if you are going to have a party, you need invites, right? Here is what I came up with....
Boutique Sign Mini on some patterned paper with black ink and trimmed it out with scissors. It's cool, because it looks like some of the apothecary labels that you see on a lot of Halloween themed stuff. The bat is die cut from black cardstock and I covered it in Black glitter glue to make it sparkle.
I inked up the word "Party" from one of the stamps from Bold Sentiments III: Birthdays and stamped it on a strip of patterned paper. I trimmed around the bottoms of the words just to make it look a little more interesting.
Here is a closeup so you can see some of the sparkle on that little bat, and the spiders, which are punched from a strip of black cardstock.
Going to have to dig out that Halloween music and get the Monster Mash going!
