Sticky Note Cover

Hi everyone. Vera's here today as the SP & Company team continue to bring you gift ideas.

Since I was a kid, I've always love playing with office supplies. Especially when they look cute. So, at the office, we use tons of post-it-note. And I decided to dress up a plain sticky note pad a bit to make the day at the office a bit more fun. I am sure any co-worker would love anything that make the day at the office a bit more fun. ;)

Here's a look at my post-it-note cover.

For this, I used SP & Company Chevron Chase- Chevron Background, Mustache Madness and the sentiment from Pure Happiness set.

To make the cover, first you want to cut a piece of cardstock measured 3.25" x 7.75". Then I stamped the piece with chevron background repeatedly. Once that's done, you want to score the cardstock at 1.25", 1.5", 4.75" and 5". Then adhere the sticky note pad in the middle.

Once that part done, it's time to add the finishing touches. For the closing, I used Tombow Fastener Tabs (it's like a super thin velcro). Then, I stamped and fussy cut the mustache and adhere it to  the cover right under the top flap. Punch out a couple circles from white & black cardstock & add wiggle eyes. Stamp sentiment.

The possibilities is endless. There's so many SP & Company sets that you could use to make this project to fit your style & need.

Hope today's project inspire you and make yous smile. Come on, how could you resist the mustache?? :) Have a wonderful day everyone.
