Layered Stamping - Material Girl

Hi, everyone!  Kelli here and today I want to share a girly card with you that features some layered stamping!  I stamped three different times on the sheet of blue card stock to help add some depth.  I first stamped Circletastic in VersaMark ink to give a subtle background that wouldn't overpower the main image.  Then I used the sewing machine from Sewing Chic and stamped it slightly to the bottom right in the same blue ink color as the paper.  I colored it in using a VersaMarker to help offset it a little but not be too noticeable.  For the final layer I used the dress form from Sewing Chic and stamped it in black ink so it would show up and be the center of attention.  I like how the sewing machine isn't the main attraction but it adds a nice touch when you notice it, I think.  I finished off the card with the 'Material Girl' sentiment from the Sewing Chic set as well.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  :)

  1. I love this, Kelli!! The colors, and the way you layered the stamps is great. And I love the embossing and that great big button too!
