Spring Door Hanger

Hello everyone, Michelle here today! Today I am sharing with you a cute little Spring decoration. I made this door hanger for my daughter Emma to have something to hang on the door to her room through the Spring/Easter season.

I started out with a round, stitched piece of chip board. I bought mine this way, but you could do the same thing with some colored cardstock, stitch it with some floss, etc. You get the idea! To fill the center, I just cut a circle from some patterned paper, then cut a smaller strip to go across the bottom half in a coordinating piece of patterned paper. I stamped the large bird from Easter Eggy on some white cardstock and colored it with my Prismacolors. The flowers are attached with a black brad.

Here is a picture of it laying flat on my desk.

To hang it, I just attached a loop of ribbon to the back with some tape.  This can be easily adapted for any theme or holiday.  Super quick and easy, but oh, so cute!

Happy Stampin',

Michelle
