Quick Card

Hi everyone. Vera's here and today I am sharing a fun & quick card that you can finish in 5 minutes. I love doing this kind of card, when I need a card handy and don't have much time in my hand. And, just because it's quick doesn't mean it couldn't be pretty. :)

Here's a look at my card.

Supplies:
Spellbinders Labels Dies
Background stamp
Patterned paper

For this card, I went with a bit unusual size. My card measurement is 3.5" x 5". When I want to do quick but fancy, I turned to my Spellbinder dies (which SP & Company now starts to carry). It add great element of design in my opinion.

Here, I simply cut the label shape and  then without removing the die, run it over my die cutter to get the embossed look and still keeping the die in place, stamp the background image. For the background, I want to go with partial stamping. When you ink your background stamp, only cover part of the stamp. Or you can also ink the whole background stamp and using a scrap paper of paper towel, lift up some of the in then stamp the image.

Then I stamp the main image & sentiment. And... you're done. Super easy, isn't it?

That's it for today and thank you so much for stopping by here. Enjoy your weekend. :)
