Bubblewrap Distressing

Hey there everyone!  Hope you had a great weekend!  Stephanie here, with a quick lesson on how to distress your projects using bubble wrap!  Yes, bubble wrap...you know...the kind of fun stuff we use in our packages and also as a stress reliever when we pop it!  LOL

I love to make cards for everyone, but sometimes it is hard to come up with a card for a guy.  I also love using Kraft cardstock, because it does have sort of a vintage, old feel to it.  Here's an interesting way to make a great card!

Step #1:  Gather your supplies.  I used the following:

SP & Company "Journal This"  Stamp Set
Cardstock:  Kraft and Black
Pattern paper:  Unknown
Dye Ink:  Soft Suede
Chalk Ink: Jumbo Java
Bubble Wrap

Step #2
Pat the bubble wrap on the dye ink pad and start patting on your entire kraft cardstock base.

Step #3  Fold card, add your other cardstock, pattern paper, and sentiments.

Step #4  Now you have a distressed card with an interesting background, that is geared for a guy!

I hope this tutorial was helpful and opens your eyes to the possibilities of using everyday items to make interesting and different projects!  Have a great day!
