Stamping with Border Stamps

Happy Friday to everyone!  I hope you have had a great week!   Stephanie here, with another way to use your border stamps.  I love to use stamps in different ways!!  There is a great SP & Company Stamp set called "Stitchery Doo" that came out awhile ago and I thought it would be perfect to use.  This set has faux stitches that add a "sewn" look to your projects.  I decided to use these great borders to make pattern paper.

Step #1:  Gather your supplies:
SP & Company "Stitchery Doo" Stamp set
American Crafts and Stampin' Up Cardstock
Big & Bossy Clear Ink
Stampin' Up Embossing Powder Pink and Turquoise
VersaMagic Chalk Ink Pretty Petunia, Ocean Breeze
Prima Flowers
Martha Stewart Baker's Twine
Fiskars Corner Punch
Zots 3D Adhesive

Step #2:  Choose border and stamp several times, then heat emboss.
Step #3:  Choose another border, stamp several times and heat emboss.
Step #4:  Use corner punch and then apply embellishments to your card!
Here's the card I used the pattern paper with:

I hope I have inspired you to look at your stamps and use them in different ways!  Please hop on over to the SP & Company Store to get the "Stitchery Doo" Stamp Set and many other wonderful stamps and stamping supplies!  Have a great day!
