Good Morning Friends!! It's Bonnie here and today I am going to show you another way to use your stamps beside making cards.
Believe me, I am a stickler when it comes to making cards - I LOVE it!! but when I unearthed this tri-frame that wasn't being used (imagine that!) I had an idea.....*lightbulb*!
Of course, I love my grandchildren - the reason we live for - so I wanted to highlight my little granddaughter Robin - she is a sweetheart, if I do say so myself and "Cute as a Button"! There is some glare on the following pictures - sorry!
Using My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pad called "Love Me" I cut three squares all 3x3 and just decorated them as though they were a card - had to get that card thing in there Lol!
Although you can't tell, I sewed an edge around every 3x3 square and also, every piece has been sponged with Tim Holtz Antique Linen ink and Vintage Photo ink to make them vintage-y!
The second frame I stamped the round label and cut it out. Then, using my Circle Nestabilities, I die-cut the photo of my granddaughter and popped it up onto the round label and then using more pop dots, I adhered it to the background!
The third frame is basically the same as the first but instead of adding a sentiment I used a die-cut button, tied some twine and popped the button onto the label!
I still thought it needed something to pull it all together, so I added the die-cut heart border to all three pictures!
